Our Mission

The Albany Area Chamber of Commerce is organized to advance the general welfare and prosperity of the Albany Area so that its citizens and all areas of its business community shall prosper. All necessary means of promotion shall be provided and particular attention and emphasis shall be given to the economic, civic, commercial, cultural, industrial and educational interests of the area.

About Us

The Chamber of Commerce, comprised of over 50 members, is a group of business professionals that promote supporting our local businesses. As a part of shopping local and supporting our hometown businesses, the Chamber continues to offer "Albany Bucks." These Albany Bucks are "same as cash" and are accepted at any local business. If you would like to purchase Albany Bucks for a gift, you can do so at either the Albany branch of Magnifi Financial Credit Union or Stearns Bank.

The Chamber meets monthly on the third Wednesday of the month at noon. The Chamber of Commerce is always accepting new members.
