We want to thank the Albany Lions for generously donating the new digital billboard located in front of Snap Fitness to the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce! This is a huge asset for our community, giving us a great way to highlight local activities and events.
To cover ongoing insurance and upkeep costs, a small fee is required to rent space on the digital sign. We are pleased to offer discounted rates for Chamber members, as well as one free display per year for local non-profit organizations.

Who can advertise?
- Local businesses within our community; defined as our school district as well as Albany Area Chamber Members.
What can be advertised and announced?
- Business advertisements
- Events/Information/Announcements need to be hosted by people, businesses and/or organizations that fall into the same community referenced above
Who makes the ads?
- Every business, organization or person will need to supply their own information, pictures for the billboard posting.
- The higher the resolution of a picture the better it will present on the sign
- Albany Chamber of Commerce will do our best to help make the posting look as good and as clear as possible
Length of advertisements and announcements
- Generic business advertisements shall be at a minimum of 1 month and will be invoiced monthly.
- Events can be advertised for 2 weeks leading up to the event end date and will be charged a 2-week rate.
- Announcements (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) can be posted for 1 day.
- Prior notice of 7 days shall be given to guarantee billboard space

- Non-chamber member monthly advertisement rate - $200
- Chamber member monthly advertisement rate - $100
- Non-chamber member events 2-week rate - $100
- Chamber member events 2-week rate - $50
- Announcements – birthdays, anniversaries, etc. - $25/day – Paid via Chamber Venmo
- *All non-profit chamber members will receive 1 free 2-week event posting per calendar year*
